Elliw Williams
Elliw set up ATOM in 2002 at the age of 22 and within months found herself providing localisation consultancy for Microsoft and organising a high profile international policy conference for a Welsh MEP. She has a first class honours degree in International Relations, a Masters in Welsh Politics and Society and a Postgraduate Diploma in PR. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), sits on BAFTA Cymru's North Wales committee, and served a full term as a member of Marie Curie’s first ever Advisory Board in Wales.
Passionate about inspiring and motivating young people, Elliw acts as a Welsh Government Big Ideas Wales role model visiting local schools to talk about entrepreneurship. Her own entrepreneurial vision has gained her several awards including the Menter a Busnes Enterprise Award (2004) and a Shell Livewire Wales award (2003). She also appeared as a judge on ‘Fi yw’r Bos’ (‘I’m the Boss’) on Welsh language TV channel S4C, a competition-based series which aims to promote entrepreneurship among teenagers.
